Overview

Design Thinking is part of the Entrepreneurship, SMEs & Family Business track at Garnet Global Training Center. Start, grow and govern businesses, from first idea to family succession. The course is taught in English or Arabic as a 5-day or 10-day program, in classrooms in cities such as Dubai, Riyadh, Cairo, London and Istanbul, or live online, and it can be delivered in-house with examples and exercises built around your own operations.

Certificate

Participants who attend at least 90% of sessions and complete the final assessment receive a certificate of completion stating 35 contact hours (5-day) or 70 contact hours (10-day).

How long is the Design Thinking course?

It runs as a 5-day program (35 contact hours) or a 10-day program (70 contact hours) that adds advanced techniques and a capstone project.

Where and when is Design Thinking held?

There are 20 public sessions from 2027 to 2030 in cities including Amman, Abu Dhabi, London, Dubai, Kuwait City, Istanbul, plus live online. Next dates: 14–18 Mar 2027 (Amman); 5–16 Apr 2027 (Live online); 14–18 Jun 2027 (Live online).

How much does the Design Thinking course cost?

USD 4,750 for 5 days in a classroom, USD 2,950 for 5 days online, USD 8,950 for 10 days in a classroom and USD 5,450 for 10 days online, per participant excluding VAT.

Is the course available in Arabic and online?

Yes. It is taught in English or Arabic, in a classroom or live online, and materials can be provided in both languages.

Can we run it in-house or customise it?

Yes. We deliver it at your premises in any city and adapt duration, content and examples to your operations.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who attend at least 90% of sessions and pass the final assessment receive a certificate of completion stating contact hours.
